We may contact businesses to introduce our AI customer-service solutions, including website assistants that answer questions and help manage customer enquiries.
We use publicly available business information to identify organisations that may benefit from these services.
This may include business names, publicly listed email addresses, websites, business locations, publicly available contact details and company registration information.
We may also retain correspondence when a business responds to us.
We obtain business information from public sources, including business websites, OpenStreetMap and Companies House.
We use information to research businesses, assess potential suitability for our services, prepare relevant communications and respond to enquiries.
We use automated software and AI-assisted tools for business research, email preparation and reply classification.
Where personal data is involved, we generally assess legitimate interests as our lawful basis for appropriate corporate B2B outreach, subject to the applicable marketing rules and a legitimate-interests assessment.
We use external technology providers to support business research, email communication, hosting and AI-assisted processing. These may include Google, OpenAI, Telegram and our hosting provider.
Information may be processed internationally, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards.
We retain business-contact information only for as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes. We may retain limited suppression records to respect unsubscribe requests.
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data.
You can object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing at any time.

MikeSells is a privately operated AI-assisted business communications tool used by Quick Service A4U.
Google account access
With authorisation from the Google account owner, MikeSells uses the Gmail API to:
Send business outreach messages.
Read and identify replies to conversations managed by MikeSells.
Track message and conversation identifiers.
Classify responses and notify the operator when action is needed.
MikeSells requests the Gmail sending and read-only permissions. Read-only permission allows access to Gmail messages but does not permit MikeSells to modify or delete them.
How Gmail information is processed
Relevant message content may be processed using OpenAI's API to classify business replies. Selected reply information, sender addresses and classifications may be delivered to the operator through Telegram notifications.
Storage and security
Gmail authorisation credentials, message identifiers and relevant outreach records are maintained within the service's hosting environment. Access is restricted to the authorised operator and systems required to provide the service.
Business correspondence is retained only as necessary for communication management, operational records and applicable obligations. Limited suppression information may be retained to honour unsubscribe requests.
Use limitations
Google user data is used for the Gmail-related features described above, not sold to advertisers or used by Quick Service A4U to train general-purpose AI models.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
